WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ASH DESIGNS ACCEPT?

We accept payments online. For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery. Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.
If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at info@theashdesigns.com and we will send you options to pay.

DOES ASH DESIGNS SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched it. If we have already dispatched your package you will need to make a new order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?

Orders within India are shipped through multiple partners like FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, etc. All orders are delivered within 5-6 working days after dispatch unless communicated.

International orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please reach out to us for assistance and shipping charges.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order.

For India, all prices are inclusive of VAT.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

All items are insured from ASH DESIGNS are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box and notify us immediately.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?

Your order will be delivered to you in neatly wrapped packaging to ensure there is no damage to product during transit. ASH DESIGNS pouch will be provided separately in the parcel for you to store your jewellery.
